Florida International Horror Film Festival (FIHFF) is an international virtual film festival focusing on horror, thriller and fantasy films, aiming to provide a platform for global filmmakers to showcase their talents and exchange ideas. Through online screenings, forum discussions, award ceremonies and other forms, FIHFF is committed to promoting the development of horror film art and promoting the exchange of global film culture.
RULE
rule
Film Types and Subjects: FIHFF accepts films including horror, thriller, fantasy, science fiction and other types of films for registration. There is no limit to the subject matter, and originality and diversity are encouraged.
Film Requirements
The participating films must be works produced after 2020.
The duration of short films shall not exceed 60 minutes, and the duration of feature films shall not be less than 61 minutes.
The film must be in digital format and support common video formats such as AVI, MPEG4, MOV, MPEG, etc.
The film must have English subtitles, and ensure that the copyright is clear and there is no infringement of third-party rights.
Registration method
Film registration is only accepted online submission, which can be completed through the FIHFF official website or designated cooperation platform. 
When registering, you need to provide a brief introduction to the film, an introduction to the director and main actors, screenshots or trailers of the film, contact information and other information.
Selection criteria
The selection committee will give a comprehensive score based on the film's creativity, narrative ability, visual effects, sound design, overall completion and other aspects.
Award setting
FIHFF will set up multiple awards, including but not limited to Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Visual Effects, Best Sound Design, etc., to recognize outstanding contributions in various fields of filmmaking.
Copyright and right of use
Once the participating film is submitted, it is deemed to agree that FIHFF will use the film's clips, stills, trailers and other materials during the film festival and subsequent promotional activities.
